This game reminds me of the old Java games on Nokia phones, specifically the game "Bounce" 📱. The character in this game is a ball that rolls around 🏃♀️. However, what makes this game special is its narrative 📚. It's about the relationship between a father and his daughter, Sally 🐰. What's unique is that both characters have equal narrative and gameplay portions 🤝. We get to enjoy the story from two different perspectives 🌟.
The game has several chapters with multiple levels 📖. The first gameplay usually involves playing as Sally 🎀. Both characters have slightly different gameplay mechanics 🤔. As Sally, the gameplay is like an endless runner 🏃♀️, where the character moves automatically, and we just tap to jump 🌉. This helps us choose the route and jump over obstacles 🌳. Then, when playing as the father, the gameplay is like a platformer 🏔️, where we can move the character left and right by pressing the right and left sides of the screen 📱.
During gameplay, there's a narrative text on the screen that explains the feelings of both characters 💬. Sally is a girl who grew up in a small village in the woods 🌲. She loves reading books, even since she was a child 📖. Since there are no friends in the village, books are her only companion 🤫. The father is a woodworker 🛠️. From the outside, he seems cold and expressionless 🙅♂️, but he loves his daughter very much ❤️.
Losing his wife made him work hard to give his daughter a better life 💪. However, due to his busy schedule, he has less time for his daughter 🕒. They both want to spend time together, just walking around 🚶♀️, but it's hard to make that happen 🤷♂️. Nevertheless, the father always guides and supports his daughter 🙏.
