Growbot is a classic point-and-click adventure puzzle game, with intuitive controls where, for the mobile version, controls are simply tapping and using drag and drop to interact and combine items. The main focus is on solving puzzles using the "flower arranger" system, where you arrange a sequence of notes from flowers to become a protective key.

**Story & Narrative**

You play as Nara, a growbot in training to become a captain. The space station that is your home is attacked by rapidly growing crystals. Your task is to save it. The narrative of Growbot has a surreal and whimsical tone, reminiscent of Amanita Design, light, strange, with touches of politics and revenge, yet soft and empathetic. However, some players find the plot feels thin and the characters somewhat underdeveloped.

**Level Design**

The levels are designed imaginatively: from gardens full of plants, labyrinths of playing light, to biopunk machines like cloud machines and water machines. Each area offers unique puzzles, such as arranging musical flowers, turning a water maze to release a water dragon, or using strange items to solve obstacles.

**Graphics & Visual Design**

Growbot stands out with its hand-drawn, soft palette, detailed, and beautiful visual style, reminiscent of children's book illustrations. The music and sound design, composed by Jessica Fichot, also add a peaceful and magical atmosphere.

**Difficulty Level**

Overall, Growbot tends to be easy and light, suitable for casual players as well as fans of the point and click genre. There is a very helpful hint system when facing music puzzles, making it not too challenging. However, some puzzles are considered too strange or illogical, and some parts can feel repetitive.
